PREMERA HLT is a penetrating hydrophobic treatment for concrete and masonry designed to reduce water intrusion while allowing the treated substrate to breathe. HLT provides an effective moisture-management strategy for porous mineral surfaces without creating a conventional film-forming coating.

PREMERA EasyMVB is a moisture vapor barrier treatment for concrete and masonry designed to reduce porosity, help prevent efflorescence and create a water-resistant barrier. EasyMVB can be used as a barrier beneath compatible coatings and floor coverings or as part of a moisture-control strategy for wet, damp and below-grade concrete.

PREMERA CS1 is a single-component, spray-down Sol-Gel clear protective coating engineered for concrete, terrazzo and tile. CS1 chemically fuses with the substrate to create a high-strength quartz-mineral barrier while eliminating the need for a traditional mechanical surface profile.

PREMERA T9 VFC is a single-component, spray-down, Sol-Gel based clear liquid quartz coating engineered to create a thin, durable protective layer over vinyl, linoleum and Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT). The clear quartz layer provides excellent abrasion and chemical resistance while protecting the appearance of VCT and vinyl floors and reducing the need for continual stripping and waxing.

A TWO-STEP PREMERA SYSTEM

The PREMERA Crystal system combines Crystal Densifier and Crystal Guard into a streamlined concrete polishing process designed to reduce conventional resin steps and move directly into burnishing.

STEP 1

CRYSTAL DENSIFIER

SOL-GEL BASED SiO₂ DENSIFIER

Spray onto a 100 transitional finish, skip conventional resin steps and proceed directly to burnishing. Match the desired finish specification to the corresponding burnish pad, up to a 3000-grit mirror polish.

POLYCARBONATE • WATER-BASED GUARD

Apply Crystal Guard by microfiber to complete the system. Crystal Guard provides the protective guard layer and can be burnished after one hour.
