CrownCoat Hangar is a 3-coat hangar system applied at a nominal thickness of 16-25 mils. CrownCoat Hangar system consists of epoxy base and build coat with urethane topcoat that provides a flooring solution for demanding applications requiring uv stability with high abrasion, impact, scratch, and chemical resistance. Withstands Skydrol, fuels, lubricants, and other chemicals present in aerospace and industrial environments. Crowncoat Hanger may only be used by experienced professionals.

A durable aggregate is broadcast and sealed into the surface to increase the coating’s performance against aggressive wear. CROWN | QUARTZ DB | SYSTEM
CrownQuartz DB is a seamless and decorative double broadcast epoxy floor, using colored quartz aggregates and finished with a transparent topcoat. The system provides a durable, impermeable, lightly textured, and slip-resistant finish with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. Crown Polymers epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane top coats and surface textures are available to produce a wide range of slip-resistant finishes suited to specific needs. CrownQuartz DB is typically installed @ nominal 1/16” or 1/8”.

The CrownMetallic floor system utilizes a metallic pigment to create a visually appealing three-dimensional decorative effect, applied at a nominal thickness of 45-60 mils (1.1-1.5 mm). CROWN | FLAKE | SYSTEM
CrownFlake is a multi-layer decorative flooring system that includes a pigmented self-priming receiving coat, a broadcast of colored flakes, and a topcoat for improved durability. It is suitable for direct application over Crown Polymers moisture mitigation primer when needed. CrownFlake is typically applied at a nominal thickness of 30 mils (0.76 mm) as a single broadcast system and 60 mils (1.52 mm) with a double broadcast. Polyaspartic topcoats can be utilized to provide UV stability and increased gloss retention.
