PREMERA® COATING SYSTEMS FOR
CLEAN ROOMS & CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENTS
PREMERA T2 MCM and T9 VFC (for vinyl flooring), with Anti-Microbial Agent, can be used to create durable, cleanable protective surfaces as part of a controlled-environment or clean-room system.
SURFACE DEGRADATION VS.
PARTICULATE-CONTROL PROTECTION
In controlled manufacturing environments, ceilings, walls and floors can become potential sources of surface-generated particulates as paints, coatings and exposed substrates age, wear or deteriorate.
PERFECT PREPARATION
Protect the floors, glass and all surfaces not intended to receive the coating. Complete the ceiling and wall applications first. Once those surfaces are finished, remove the floor protection and apply the floor coating last.
PROTECT
Mask and cover the floor, all glass panels, equipment and specialized surfaces not intended to receive the coating.
CEILING + WALLS
Apply PREMERA T2 MCM + Anti-Microbial Agent across appropriate ceiling surfaces and down onto the architectural walls. Complete these surfaces before beginning the floor.
FLOOR LAST
Completely remove the temporary protective floor covering. Apply the appropriate PREMERA floor system last to complete the integrated protective surface.
ANTI-MICROBIAL PROTECTION
PREMERA T2 MCM can be formulated with Anti-Microbial Agent, adding antimicrobial functionality to the finished protective coating while maintaining the cleanable, durable surface strategy of the system.
Anti-Microbial Agent is incorporated into the applicable PREMERA coating system as part of the finished surface.
