PREMERA | HLT | HYDRO LOCK TREATMENT | CONCRETE & MASONRY

Premera HLT is a unique surface treatment for concrete consisting of specialized reactive chemicals in a colloidal silica matrix. HLT can be used as a concrete treatment to penetrate into concrete and creates a moisture vapor barrier within concrete by reacting with and sealing pores and capillaries, eliminating vapor transmission and solving hydrostatic pressure challenges. HLT is also a complementary pre-primer treatment for Premera’s sol-gel based products. When used in combination with Premera FP1 Fusion Primer, up to 25 lbs of moisture vapor can be withstood, effectively eliminating adhesion issues caused by moisture vapor.
When applied to concrete or any pozzolanic material, Premera HLT penetrates to seal, densify and thereby harden cementitious surfaces. Premera HLT is formulated to penetrate and block capillaries by reacting with free calcium hydrates to form an insoluble, permanent barrier. It effectively eliminates efflorescence, improves water resistance, water repellency, and surface properties of cementitious materials. Premera HLT is recommended for use as a pre-priming surface treatment on floorings, liners in immersion application, and adhered waterproofing membranes – including structures under hydrostatic pressure. Premera HLT may be used as a standalone surface treatment in certain applications.

PREMERA | FP1 FUSION PRIMER | COMPATIBAL with 100% Solids & Solvent Based

Premera FP1 Fusion Primer is a very fast drying and thin sol-gel based fusion primer that functions as an inter coat adhesion primer or direct to substrate primer. FP1 Fusion Primer creates a molecular bridge between a coating and the substrate, chemically fusing substrate and top coat. FP1 is very compatible with many surfaces, and many coatings, though water-based coatings are not compatible as top coats. When used on concrete substrates, as long as concrete is clean and free of bond breakers such as oils, greases, etc., no surface profile is needed to achieve strong chemical bond to surface.

➢ Can be applied on Painted or unpainted iron; aluminum, copper and other metals; hot rolled steel, cold rolled steel, stainless steel; powder coated and galvanized surfaces; concrete, wood, rubber, plastic, fiberglass and glass.

Premera AT1 QSE is a fast-drying, solvent based, water repellent sealer designed to enhance the surface and to protect stone, concrete & masonry surfaces from nature’s destructive forces, providing a long lasting barrier which exhibits superior resistance to water, mold, airborne dust and dirt, alkali, freeze/thaw damage and spills. (You can also stain and seal in one step by adding acetone based dyes into the sealer). Fully cures in only 2 minutes.

Premera T2 MCM is a single component, spray down sol-gel based clear coating designed to protect concrete, terrazzo, tile and existing coatings by creating a high strength, quartz mineral barrier. Premera T2 MCM chemically fuses with substrates and does not require a substrate profile, eliminating grinding or sanding prior to application. Premera T2 MCM self levels allowing applicators to spray down T2 MCM and walk away without back rolling. Premera T2 MCM provides superior resistance to harsh chemicals, abrasion, mold, mildew, moss, chlorides & salt spray, acid rain, UV damage, oxidation, animal & bird waste damage, gum, and graffiti. On porous surfaces such as new or ground concrete, Premera Quick Seal should be applied to 2-3x T2 MCM coverage.

Premera T9 VFC is a single component, spray down, sol-gel based clear liquid quartz coating that creates a thin and durable layer of quartz to protect vinyl, linoleum and vinyl composition tiles. Premera T9 VFC provides excellent abrasion and chemical resistance while protecting glossy appearance of VCT or vinyl floors. Comes in gloss, satin or matte if desired. PREMERA | CRYSTAL | CONCRETE POLISHING SYSTEM

Using the Premera One Day Polish System, 1 crew of 2 people with 1 burnisher can polish approximately 2000 square feet of 100 transitional profile concrete to 3000 grit per hour.

CRYSTAL DENSIFIER | STEP 1

Crystal Densifier: Premera Crystal Densifier is part of the One Day Polish system: Step 1 is a densify and polish step; Step 2 is a Guard that protects from food and drink acids / stains and can be continuously burnished. Premera Crystal Densifier is applied directly to 100 transitional profile concrete, and then burnished with up to a 3000 grit diamond pad one hour after application. Crystal Densifier is a single component, spray down, sol-gel based quartz polymer that both densifies concrete and chemically fuses a polishable, crystal clear, quartz-mineral barrier layer into and on top of concrete. The Premera One Day Polish System significantly reduces time to polish concrete, while also providing high chemical and abrasion resistance to concrete.

CRYSTAL GUARD | STEP 2

Crystal Guard is part of the One Day Polish system: Step 1 is a densify and polish step, and Step 2 is a Guard that protects from food and drink acids and stains and can be continuously burnished. Premera Crystal Guard is a single-component, polycarbonate polymer that provides abrasion and chemical stain resistance to polished concrete created with Crystal Densifier. Premera Crystal Guard is the most stain-resistant guard product on the market, providing several hours of permanent protection against coffee, vinegar, pickle juice, red wine, soda, and other common stain-causing agents. Crystal Guard is applied with a microfiber pad and burnished with a 3000-grit diamond pad followed by a white buffing pad. The Premera One Day Polish System significantly reduces the time to polish concrete, while also providing high chemical and abrasion resistance to concrete.

PREMERA | EasyPaint

Premera EasyPaint is a one-component, sol-gel–based line-striping coating engineered for exceptional adhesion and durability on concrete and other hard, non-porous surfaces. Unlike conventional paints, EasyPaint chemically bonds to the substrate through a reactive inorganic (quartz-like) network, enabling reliable adhesion without mechanical profile—even to glazed ceramic tile. The clear base is tinted at point of use with Premera proprietary pigment packs (sold separately). EasyPaint enables line striping crews to eliminate significant surface grinding labor hours required for traditional line striping without sacrificing quality or performance. For extended service life under industrial traffic, EasyPaint should be top-coated with Premera T2 MCM clear coat.

Premera EasyGel is a single component, waterborne modified cellulose resin that is used as a high performance cove gel and as a resurfacing product to transform vertical or horizontal surfaces into new high-end, aesthetic surfaces such as metallic effect, marble/stucco, decorative flake, and cement. The desired effect pigment/agent is simply mixed directly into the EasyGel and allows you to create a new layer of high end material on nearly any substrate, including tile, wood, metal and concrete. EasyGel has a light, butter like consistency and long working time while maintaining excellent hold and adhesion to create the most user-friendly cove gel and resurfacing product.
